Nicole's 27+ years of personal/professional/entrepreneurial experience along with community advocacy and public service work prepared her to be of service to others.


As a single mother and se1ial entrepreneur Nicole successfully created an empowerment, entrepreneurial movement for herself and other single moms and womenpreneurs as Founder of Successful Single Morns Memphis and owner of The She-EO Unlimited to end the cycle of living paycheck to paycheck and encouraging women to live life on their own terms.The She-EO Unlimited is a certified minority-owned, small business owned and woman owned business enterprise aimed at serving womenpreneurs who are owners of small business and lacking Brand Development, Business Development, Marketing, Networking & Funding Opportunities to make their business brands visible.


Nicole has authored two books "Success over Statistics...I choose" and Growing to Greatness. Nicole has a deep passion for lifelong learning receiving her Bachelor's in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Strayer University and is cunently working to obtain her Master's in Business Administration. Nicole has earned specialized certifications in UX Design, Brand Development, Project Management, Shopify E-Commerce, Business Development and Financial Literacy.


Nicole has been recognized on many levels for her stellar community grassroots efforts including; 2008 & 2009 March of Dimes Lay Health Advisor of the Year, 2010 Frayser High School Inspiration in Action recipient, 2010 Dress for Success Memphis & Worldwide Community Action Project 1st Place Honoree, Volunteer Mid-South's Adult Volunteer of the Year Nominee, MPACT Memphis' Community Involvement Soul of the City Honoree, Ordinary People Magazine's Servant Award Honoree, 2010 BET Black Girl Rocks Memphis Honoree, 2010 Agent of Change Nominee, 2010 Congregation Health Promoter Champion, 2012 Tri-State Defender Best in Black-Event Planner, 2012 Tri-State Defender Best in Black­ Women's Organization, 2012 Stone Awards Honoree-Advocacy Community Outreach & 2014 Nexxus Outstanding Female Mentor Honoree.
